The maxi goat’s cheese salad and the Bistrot salad which is N° 1 with our guests,
there is no way of taking this salad off the menu without a revolution.
It changes every day according to the mood and fantasy of the chef.

Dishes are seasonal and can be adapted accordingly eg: veal Blanquette in winter becomes Veal with a lemon and coco-nut milk sauce in summer.
There is a large choice of meats, tasty and tender; they will delight your palate.
